About Level Up

Born in North Bay, built for the culture. Level Up opened in January 2025 with a simple idea from owner Mack: North Bay deserved a place where people could get a great cut, find pieces they can't get anywhere else, and leave feeling confident.

​

Today we're a barbershop and clothing store at 438 Main St E with four full-time barbers and stylists, a spot for fresh fades, real conversations and a welcoming vibe. From classic side parts to sharp tapers, beard trims and hot towel shaves, our team takes the time to get your look right.

​

We're growing fast. We're moving to a bigger space soon so we can welcome more customers and walk-ins and give everyone an even better experience, and we're hiring more talented barbers and stylists to join us.

And we're just getting started. Level Up is growing into a men's luxury lounge and spa, a place to slow down, recharge and look your best.

Mack, owner: brought his passion for style to North Bay to give the city a place to level up.

Amrit: 8 years behind the chair, skilled in every style from classic to trendy.

Bharat: 5+ years, specializing in taper fades, modern styles, hair tattoos and scissor work.

Krista: 13+ years of hairstyling, the newest member of the team, with a knack for longer styles, mullets, mohawks and full transformations.
